Jack is an avid reader and self-described computer software geek who loves to spend time exploring the sights, sounds, and history of the beautiful Shenandoah River valley with his wife of 32 years.
He is an author and public speaker.

Terri joined our family-owned business in 2019, bringing over 30 years of experience in business management. Terri’s expertise spans operations, business management, human resources, and finance, making her a perfect fit to be our COO.
She brings her skills of being detailed-oriented and the ability to identify/analyze organizational issues and develop viable quality solutions for the company.
Terri's pastime is working on our family genealogy. She loves traveling to places where family history is recorded and photographing family tombstones.
